Crikey they say time is a healer, but sometimes it can give you time to reflect!
Obviously, the world has been going through one of the most monumental horrors of my lifetime. There has obviously been a slower pace to life for people to look around, observe and take in. While it has brought out the worst in some relationships, it’s been good for others. For me, it’s been a great time to contemplate my business – what are the strengths and where I’ve gone amiss.
One thing I realized, was that I’d got stuck in a rut of seeing the same old agents and buying the same old things.

I suddenly realised it didn’t have to be like that and I could go back to the beginning and choose what made my heart beat a little faster. This revelation has been a fantastic reawakening of my passion for buying what I love. It’s interesting as it really seems to be working. I don’t know if that’s just because you attract customers with similar taste or that they can feel a bit of the passion.
Anyway, I love it and feel a great sense of pride walking into the shops – seeing all the beautiful new things and some of the old (oldies but goodies). It’s given me a sense of freedom and a new love of what I do for a living. It’s also had a positive affect on sales.
What’s not to love! I hope anyone coming through our doors can feel it as last bits of sale move out to make way for the new season.
